It doesn't matter to us whether you have a motel, small hotel, apartments, lodge or a B & B or whether you are at the top end or at the bottom end of the market we look after your property the same as you would do it yourself.
We have done the hard yards in New Zealand, in fact we are still doing them. We know the "tricks of the trade" and we are willing to pass them onto you.

How we Operate.
Property Management Systems:
We are familiar with most of the PMS programs used in NZ. If we haven't used your system it will not take long for us to learn it. The first time we mind your property we spend one day learning your systems at our cost.
Finance and Cash Handling
We have used M.Y.O.B. and can adapt to any other spreadsheet or database system you operate. We know a little about Xero but, in all honesty never used it.We will keep your books up to date and furnish you with our standard financial report on your return. The report shows all the revenue we have received on your behalf listed by category, ie Credit Card, EftPos, Cash and balanced to your occupancy report from your PMS and to your EftPos machine Cutover Report.
Housekeeping and Maintenance:
Unlike most relief managers we are not afraid of housekeeping and maintenance. If you operate a small business and do part of the housekeeping yourself you can be assured we will do it as well.
We will look after the grounds, swimming pool, spas, mineral water bores, as well as running repairs to buildings and out-houses. Minor plumbing and building problems are well within or scope and if we need to bring in professional assistance we will always contact you before doing so. We know that you have come across most problems before and would probably have a "quick fix" without expensive call-outs.
We have have managed serviced apartment complexes and been members of Body Corporate committes so we understand the special requirements with regard to unit leases, occupancy and revenue matters.You can be confident that we will ensure that your owners will not be waging war when you return.
